SYMPTOMS When you click a link or register you may experience one or more of the following symptoms: Nothing happens. The new window may be blank. You may receive a scripting error message. CAUSE This behavior may occur if an Internet Explorer, AOL, Compuserve or any other IE based browser registry keys points to an invalid location for the Urlmon.dll file. RESOLUTION To resolve this problem: 1. Quit all programs that are running. 2. Click Start, and then click Run. 3. Type regsvr32 urlmon.dll, and then click OK. 4. When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded." message, click OK. If problem still exists follow the instructions in the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article.
